Adapt Network drove it with a high-end direct drive base at full force feedback and measured effectively no flex at the wheel deck, crediting the machined alloy plates that set the uprights at an acute angle to the base. What It Won't Do
The $837 sticker covers the frame only. Seat brackets and a shifter mounting plate are separate purchases, so Sim Racing Setup flags the real cost as higher than the headline. It is also a fixed installation that does not fold, and building an aluminium profile rig takes longer than bolting up a pre-welded steel cockpit.
The Next Level Racing GT Lite gives you a real seated rig for $199, about a fifth of the GT1 Pro. Adapt Network called it the best foldable rig on the market and folded it to 75 x 40 x 87 cm in under five minutes with the wheel and pedals still bolted on. The deck comes pre-drilled for Logitech, Thrustmaster and Fanatec, a shifter mount is in the box, and the 25mm carbon steel tubing matches the thickness of Next Level Racing's premium models. For a beginner or anyone in a shared space, it does the job without asking for a spare room.
What It Won't Do
It is a folding steel frame, so it flexes where a fixed rig would not. OC Racing found it limited for high-torque direct-drive bases and load-cell pedals, and seat recline is restricted by the fixed spacing of the adjustment cogs. Push a strong base hard and you will feel the frame move.
